DIEGO STARK
Private Equity executive with 20 years of experience in all phases of origination, investment, value creation, portfolio management and divestment. Diego worked for 10 years at Southern Cross Group as partner and head of the Brazil office, as well as CEO in several companies. He is currently board member of Mills Solaris, Atlas Governance, Bovexo and Medway. Diego acquired solid experience in strategic consulting and business intelligence at McKinsey & Co, where he worked for 4 years. He also worked for 7 years at General Motors do Brasil, in the areas of Engineering, Market Research and Strategic Planning.
Diego is currently an active member of the business community in Brazil and invests in several start-ups and has been affiliated with the YPO since 2016. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the FEI and an MBA from the Wharton Business School.
FELIPE PEREIRA
Private Equity & Venture Capital executive with over 10 years of experience in finance and business, combining extensive investment knowledge with practical experience as a CFO in Private Equity portfolio companies. Felipe worked for 8 years at the Southern Cross Group, acting both as an investment professional and as CFO of Grupo Brinox and Tópico Locações, gaining expertise in FP&A and governance. Previously, Felipe worked in Research at Barclays Capital covering the Telecom, Media and Technology sectors, where he gained extensive experience in capital markets and M&A operations.
With solid academic background, Felipe focus on business and people management, with a MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economic Sciences from Insper.
